Shipping Program Information
Here at ecigardepot.com we've worked very hard to offer our
customers a tremendous variety of cigars. From rare and
hard-to-find brands like Arturo Fuente Opus X and Zino Platinum
Scepter to Sampler Packages and Flavored Cigars, our inventory
list grows each and every day. Our Drop Shipping Services
are designed to help smaller cigar companies meet the needs of
their customers by offering drop shippers access to our tremendous
variety of cigars and cigar products. |
Here's
how our drop shipping program works:
1. We will establish a drop shipper account for you.
We need the name of your company name, your company contact, your
address, your phone number and some other information to establish
your account. Our payment terms include all major credit
cards. (Please print the 2nd page of the Drop Shipper
information PDF we will send you and fax it to us.) |
| 2.
Your customer places an order with you and pays you for the
purchase. |
| 3.
You electronically place an order with us. You can either
place the order on our website or simply fax or email us a copy of
your invoice with the item sold and the customers shipping
information. We prefer that you email us a copy of your
invoice and your customer's shipping information so that we can
print a copy and include the invoice with the shipment. |
| 4.
We then process the order using your company's name and address,
and create a shipping label with all of your information. We
ship domestically using UPS or internationally using USPS. Your
customer never knows the merchandise was sent by us. |
| 5.
Once the shipment is ready to leave our warehouse, we'll charge
your credit card for the purchase amount plus shipping charges and
send the order to your customer. |
| 6. At
the end of the day, you will electronically receive a tracking
number from UPS which you can then forward to your customer. |
| In
addition we can electronically provide you with a PDF file
containing the description of our products along with our pricing
information. If you're building a website and would like
graphics of the cigars feel free to help yourself to the images we
have on our site. |
